The process is called seal coating. &lt;p&gt;Rio Rico landfill: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday; closed on Sunday.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sonoita-Elgin landfill and the Tubac-Amado transfer station: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.&lt;/p&gt;
